Analyst Program

Each year, Jonas selects a single analyst for a one-year apprenticeship with Ursustone Capital. One seat. One year. One person.

Ideal candidates demonstrate exceptional independent thinking, intellectual curiosity about markets and businesses, strong written communication, leadership qualities, and the ability to work with high autonomy.

The work involves primary research on companies. Jonas is in his seventies and still learning — the scope shifts with what interests him. Past analysts have focused on emerging American industries, new technology companies, and global markets. The role follows his curiosity.

This is not a job posting. It is an invitation extended rarely, to the right candidate at the right time.
